Birthdays are coming thick and fast at the moment, with another to think about this week.
Birthdays always hold much excitement in our house at Imagine. Make. Believe, and probably yours too!? Is it because of the presents? Or the special dinner? Or the potential party? The balloons? Family visiting? Friends over? Or the special birthday cake?
Here, it is probably some or all of those things, but we do know that there is always much excitement about the cake. Janelle has made a special birthday cake every year for all four children, and some of them have been quite simple, and others have been very complex.
